Position Overview We are seeking a Production Leader to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and consistency on the production line, including service shops. This role involves leading front-line manufacturing teams, planning departmental operations, and executing strategies to meet production goals. Location Shreveport, LA Salary $100,000 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage hourly manufacturing employees across multiple shifts Hire, train, and develop talent while providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations Coordinate production operations across all shifts via supervisors and team leads Drive improvements in cycle time, production efficiency, and cost reduction strategies Apply technical expertise and analytical thinking to solve complex manufacturing challenges Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and mentor team members Ensure production meets quality, volume, and timeliness standards Assist with resource allocation, operator training, and production issue resolution Lead small projects and implement best practices for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3–5 years of production supervision experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Knowledge of production processes, operational metrics, and cost control #J-18808-Ljbffr
