Experience: 5+ years preferred. Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification is required; extensive experience with ITIL without certification will also be considered. Role Overview The IT Operations Senior Specialist plays a critical role in delivering effective end-user IT services at Bristlecone. Responsibilities include managing IT operations and service delivery for End-User Computing services to business users in the USA, Canada, and Europe. The role serves as the primary contact for all Bristlecone users during US working hours and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, leadership, and technology partners/vendors to meet service levels and business needs. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations and End-User Computing. ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory. Strong communication skills suitable for senior management communication internally and externally. Experience with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk, Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar. Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. Experience in enterprise IT operations, end-user, and application support is preferred. Experience in establishing and managing ITSM functions. Experience working with internal customers and delivering end-user computing services aligned with ITIL frameworks. Experience in creating SOPs, CMDBs, Knowledge Management, and improving ITIL processes.
