Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store Drive sales and customer satisfaction Train and coach store associates Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards Manage inventory and logistics Requirements:
2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience required Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership and customer management skills Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:
