Mainframe Performance and Capacity Planning Join to apply for the Mainframe Performance and Capacity Planning role at Tata Consultancy Services Mainframe Performance and Capacity Planning 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Mainframe Performance and Capacity Planning role at Tata Consultancy Services Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Maintain and control data collection infrastructure jobs (TDS, RMF, CMF, MICS, MXG, SAS, DB2) Produce Capacity and Utilization reports Workload Management Planning and participation Perform data collection through tools (TDS, RMF, CMF, SYSVIEW, MICS, MXG, SAS) Maintain a Capacity Plan Trend CPU utilization and forecast workload growth Works to identify best in performance opportunities Handles day to day requests Maintain operating system performance parameters Review and implement WLM (Workload manager) policy changes using IBM WLM ISPF facility (initiators, batch, started tasks, etc.). Determine WLM impact and implement required changes to the WLM policy for adding a new or existing system to the parallel sysplex.
