About Role The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support by performing the route planning duties diligently. Responsibilities could include but are not limited to route planning, allocation of fleet equipment and drivers and maintaining constant communication with different departments to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulatory requirements Responsibilities Own all Last Mile delivery operations for the location which include demand analysis, daily driver dispatch, customer service, engagement activities etc. Work very closely with the Central Ops team to ensure the location is on par for all Last Mile KPIs according to the company’s standard. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support new driver sourcing and onboarding to ensure driver pool health Daily, Weekly, Monthly report on delivery performance for the location Plan, optimize, distribute, monitor and follow-up with daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company expectation Suggest opportunities to reduce costs while improving the delivery experiences Develop transportation plans to support events including holidays, short-term open/close schedules and seasonality Actively work with drivers and warehouse staff with the KPI's, loading process, IT support, and coach where needed Daily, Weekly, Monthly report on delivery performance for the location May Train others to use the Weee Driver App May Deliver Customer Orders as needed Support other warehouse operations teams on the operational tasks Assist in cleaning up work areas Qualifications High School Degree or 1-3 years experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics. Proficiency with MS Office.
