Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Rochester Hills, MI. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing store staff, maintaining retail loss prevention measures, driving sales performance, and upholding the visual and operational standards of the store. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Store Management and leadership Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Proven track record in driving sales performance Seniority level
