Provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on family medicine Manage a variety of cases from diagnosis through treatment Implement care plans and follow up on patient progress Conduct physical exams, assessments, and screenings Prescribe medications and manage treatments Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Board certification in Family Medicine required Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota Proficient with eClinicalWorks EMR system
