PeaceHealth has served northwest Washington communities since 1890, with PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, a 253-bed hospital offering a Level II Trauma Center and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. The Center for Senior Health (CSH) provides primary care, ambulatory geriatrics consultations, and social work services. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Care is provided for approximately 2,000 patients monthly, averaging 15 patients daily. Support available via Remote Inbox Clinician. The position is approved for an FTE range of 0.8-1.0. Onsite full-service laboratory and imaging services. Uses Epic EHR system. Candidate Requirements
Board Certified MD/DO with completed ACGME Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Residency, and Geriatrics Fellowship or CAQ in Geriatric Medicine. Interest and experience in geriatric patient care. Additional Notes
BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required within 30 days of hire. Community Highlights
