The Staff Psychologist provides direct clinical psychological service to the UCR students and in support of the campus community. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide individual, couples, and group therapy to UCR students and prioritizes working with students from marginalized communities, including Black/African American, Latinx, Undocumented, Indigenous/First Nations, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Multi-racial, and other students of color. Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner with diverse client group, members of the university staff and faculty. Knowledge of electronic/medical records systems. Demonstrated ability to perform trauma informed therapeutic services.
