What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician. Delivers safe, effective, and efficient direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Shifts Available: Full Time; Shift hours and days vary as needed.
Compensation: Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.

It utilizes a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) model to support community reintegration, connecting members to resources, safe housing, and wellness goals. Services include psycho-educational, peer/family support, skill-building groups, and medication management.
