SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday plus Call
COMPENSATION*: $425,000 to $525,000

MemorialCare Medical Group (MCMG) is looking for a fellowship-trained Nuclear Medicine physician for a full-time employment opportunity at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Long Beach, California. Must be board-certified (or eligible) in Nuclear Medicine.
Job Description and Practice Information
Full gamut of nuclear medicine, including adult and pediatric imaging
Comprehensive cancer center with high-volume oncological imaging
Proficiency in PET/CT (including PSMA, DOTATATE PET)
Radiopharmaceutical therapies (Y-90, Lutathera, Pluvicto)
Cardiac nuclear medicine/SPECT CT, cardiac amyloid scintigraphy, lymphoscintigraphy
Participate in specialized tumor board coverage
Flexible schedule to include onsite and remote on-call shifts
Opportunity to practice 100% subspecialized nuclear medicine or participate in radiology coverage, as desired
In-house licensing/credentialing team
24/7 PACS/IT support

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible with Nuclear Medicine fellowship or ABNM certified
Unrestricted California medical license (or eligible)
Eligible to obtain Radioactive Materials License
Resident of California
California medical license active or eligible
Prior experience in a hospital or inpatient setting preferred
Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast‑paced clinical environment
