We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Roxbury, MA, for the full school year. As an OT, you will work closely with students to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and learning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' functional capabilities and areas of need. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' goals and progress. Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings. Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans. Educate students, families, and school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.
