VTG is seeking a
Project Manager
to support our Navy customer at the Washington, Navy Yard. What will you do?
Coordinate all planned and ongoing Technical Instruction (TI) tasks, including evaluating performance in terms of quality, cost control, and schedules, ensuring work meets customer requirements, specifications, and quality assurance standards. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare project status reports, address concerns, and manage expectations. Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Demonstrated success in large-scale software development projects. Advanced understanding of NAVSEA business / IT operations and structure. Active DoD Secret security clearance. 8+ years of experience in: Analyzing and designing business systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Assessing existing IT systems for issues or problems. Collaborating with IT stakeholders and teams to recommend efficient solutions for implementation. Documenting IT requirements and converting them into logical IT designs. This position is contingent upon contract award. Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is
$100,000-$150,000
annually. This is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and contractual requirements, which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
