We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in bringing the fandom to life. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing team performance. The ideal candidate is a retail leader who can handle various challenges, develop talent, and deliver outstanding customer service. Essentially, you’re a superhero in the retail world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals for your store. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create engagement and buzz through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Lead a well-organized, customer-focused business with a balance of structure and autonomy. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Use sales reports and data to inform strategies and meet sales targets. Manage store operations effectively, adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control spending responsibly. Merchandise the store appealingly, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time. Mentor and develop staff through recognition and feedback to build a talented team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $18.95 - $23.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
