Shift work: Sunday through Thursday 1:30pm to 10pm Job Description

Coordinate the end-to-end synchronization of global distribution elements to ensure effective deployment and redeployment of forces and equipment Facilitate the integration and movement planning of self-deploying and lift-supported units, including retrograde and sustainment transport operations Enhance unity of effort among diverse distribution organizations through effective information sharing and collaborative planning Apply simulation and analysis tools to optimize movement planning, improving adaptability in dynamic operational environments Continuously refine deployment planning during execution to respond to evolving mission requirements and logistical challenges Maintain situational awareness of strategic and theater lift capabilities, enabling timely and cost-effective adaptation to changes in force flow, particularly under short-notice or dynamic operational conditions Identify and communicate movement constraints such as CBRN contamination, beddown limitations, and asset shortfalls, providing mitigation recommendations during planning cycles Perform feasibility analyses of transportation capabilities, including organic, common-user, and strategic lift resources, while accounting for infrastructure limitations and competing operational demands Interface with USTRANSCOM and other supporting commands to evaluate and recommend Points of Embarkation (POEs), considering unit lift capabilities, staging locations, and infrastructure constraints Maintain situational awareness of strategic and theater lift capabilities, enabling timely and cost-effective adaptation to changes in force flow, particularly under short-notice or dynamic operational conditions Anticipate and manage disruptions resulting from TPFDD changes, ensuring timely reprogramming of forces to preserve operational timelines and strategic intent Conduct ongoing analysis and coordination to balance combat forces, Combat Service Support (CSS) units, and Host Nation Support (HNS) capabilities to optimize deployment throughput and sustainment Collaborate with Functional Planners (FPs), Service component commands, and joint staff to refine, validate, and integrate unit-level movement and embarkation data into the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Support movement control responsibilities by validating Unit Line Numbers (ULNs) within the TPFDD and ensuring alignment with force flow priorities and mission objectives Coordinate and develop comprehensive deployment and movement plans using the Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) to document phased force movements and support pending execution sourcing Assess and incorporate operational environment (OE) changes, force posture shifts, and strategic guidance (e.g., Global Force Management Allocation Plan - GFMAP) into deployment planning and execution sequencing Promote partner capacity building and interoperability by planning and executing collaborative air mobility initiatives, training events, and sustainment operations Manage and maintain In-Transit Visibility (ITV) capabilities to enable real-time tracking of personnel, equipment, and cargo throughout the Defense Transportation System (DTS) and assess, optimize, and mitigate resource competition for distribution assets, including commodities, lift capabilities, and port access, through integrated lift provider coordination Implement deconfliction strategies and develop improved solutions to reduce operational friction, aligning with theater-level distribution priorities Identify and aggregate distribution requirements in coordination with Joint Force Commanders (JFCs), ensuring timely delivery to designated points of need, including austere or non-traditional locations Ensure timely delivery of logistics support to meet Required Delivery Dates (RDD) and provide Transportation Distribution Dates (TDD) aligned with Combatant Commander (CCDR) requirements Collaborate seamlessly with PDDOC CUOPS JMark Services is a direct recipient of federal contracts and associated funding.
