Our clinics incorporate innovative technology built in-house to enhance the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
We prioritize supporting our vets with a veterinary-led approach and a focus on sustainability. You’ll have access to supportive staff both in the clinic and remotely, top technology, a welcoming environment, and autonomy in your medical practice, along with mental, physical, and financial support.
The Floating Veterinarian will rotate between our clinics in Brooklyn, NY.
Personalized training and mentorship : For vets post-internship or at any career stage, including CE in dental, ultrasound, and urgent care within the first year. We also support developing client communication skills.
Board-certified specialists : Available for case consultation.
Growth opportunities : Into leadership roles, based on experience.
Bond Vet fosters a positive culture with remote support staff, direct communication with leadership, and a zero-tolerance policy for poor client behavior.

You Have:
Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
Valid state licensure or eligibility

Ability to multi-task with integrity and accountability

Pay Range:
$140,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
