Job Summary Reports to the Operations Manager, the Physician is primarily responsible for providing patient care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. The Physician works closely with other physicians and clinicians in a team approach to patient care. This is a highly visible position responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and visitors both in person and on the phone.

Qualifications
Graduated from a professional school with completed, in good standing, an accredited post-graduate family medicine residency program.
Ability to obtain a state license to practice as a family medicine physician.
Must be or become board certified (with a lapse of no longer than a year) in the principal practice specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
