Summary: Cook Children's Medical Center and Healthcare System, based in Fort Worth, TX, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Pediatric Neuro-Oncologist to join our growing Hematology and Oncology Center as a member of the Neuro-Oncology Program. Our brain tumor team sees 110-130 new diagnoses per year. We have a robust clinical program and are active in research, being members of Children's Oncology Group (COG) with collaborations across academic institutions, Phase I consortiums, and pharmaceutical companies. Our division includes 21 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers across Neuro-Oncology, Oncology, Neuroblastoma, Stem Cell Transplant, Hematology, and Stroke/Thrombosis Teams. Annually, our providers see over 280 new cancer cases. We work with multidisciplinary staff and oversee several subspecialty programs. Our outpatient practice serves a broad referral area including Fort Worth Metro, North Texas, East, Central, and West Texas, and surrounding states. We seek a BC/BE Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist with an interest in Neuro-Oncology, either fellowship trained or with several years of experience in the field. This role offers independence, professional growth, and involvement in program development.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have completed an accredited pediatric specialty training program, be board certified or eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and qualify for an unrestricted Texas Medical License. Fellowship training in Neuro-Oncology or several years of experience in the field is required.
