Shape Your Practice: Unlike traditional roles with rigid patient quotas, this position allows you to grow and specialize in one or two diseases while building a practice in an expanding program. Long-Term Vision: Over the next 4-5 years, we plan to grow to 25 faculty members with a highly subspecialized focus, ensuring that every patient has access to expert care. Clinical Trials & Research: We are committed to establishing over 100 active clinical trials, including Phase 1, 2, and 3 studies, with support from Dr. Michael Caligiuri, a renowned physician, scientist, and innovator at City of Hope. Academic & Leadership Opportunities: Collaborate with UICOMP with potential for academic appointment and leadership roles. Innovative Care Model: OSF is spearheading an expert-driven, multi-organ approach to oncology care. What You'll Do

Develop a subspecialized practice in your area of interest. Participate in groundbreaking clinical trials with pharmaceutical partners like Origin. Collaborate with a close-knit team during the early stages of program development. Help establish a future oncology program and train the next generation of oncologists. What We Offer

Board-certified/eligible Medical Oncologist. Passionate about building and shaping the future of oncology. Interest in subspecialized oncology and clinical trials. Collaborative mindset, eager to work in a growing program with leadership opportunities. Qualifications

REQUIRED: Physician license (or eligible) to practice in Illinois, DEA registration for prescribing narcotics. Board certification or eligibility in medical oncology. Eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs. Qualifications for malpractice coverage through OSF. PREFERRED:
