Chief Operating Officer
role in

The
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional coordination across all aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensuring quality, compliance, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while expanding access to care for individuals with limb loss.
Duties :
Lead day-to-day operations across clinics, rehabilitation centers, and prosthetic service lines
Implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency, outcomes, and care coordination
Ensure adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards
Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational strategies
Identify and develop new programs, partnerships, and revenue opportunities that align with the organization's mission and growth targets
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive data-informed decision-making
Qualifications Preferred :
CA RN License
Years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a multi-site or integrated care setting
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, payer systems, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated success scaling organizations or programs in patient-centered care
Strong background in disability, rehabilitation, orthopedics, prosthetics, or similar clinical areas
Familiarity with value-based care, trauma-informed care models, or integrated behavioral health
Compensation :
