This position will focus on inpatient and outpatient clinical work as well as teaching residents and medical students, with the support to develop an area of clinical expertise. Those with training in clinical neurophysiology or epilepsy would be especially welcome, though child neurologists with any subspecialty interests are encouraged to apply. In the outpatient setting, support staff include a registration representative and pre-certification specialist to manage scheduling and prior authorization needs, and a medical assistant who helps triage patient calls and coordinate communication with families. There is also support by their EEG department with round-the-clock EEG tech coverage, and an epilepsy monitoring unit.
