High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. High Point believes that everyone has inherent goodness, worth, and dignity. Clinical Director Duties & Responsibilities Review and manage existing program goals and objectives assigned by Program Director Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare Matrix to be determined by Vice President and/or CEO Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Use Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed Responsible for overseeing the educational needs of the OTP service Responsible for supervision of clinicians as assigned by Program Director Participates in overseeing emergency and non-emergency termination and compliance with hearing procedures in absence of Program Director Other duties as assigned by Program Director Clinical Director Qualifications Level one licensed degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or substance abuse counseling preferred but not required Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience and four (4) years of behavioral health counseling experience About the company
