Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Physician to our busy Family Medicine Department at our Citrus Heights Clinic in Citrus Heights, CA. Highlights Include:
Patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses Excellent telephone call schedule 24-hour advice nurse available Hospitalists available 24/7 Work in a collegial and supportive environment Shareholder track opportunity Generous compensation and benefits Bonus available Stipend incentive possible for graduating residents Compensation Range: $275,000 - $290,000 / Year Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct thorough examinations and histories. Communication:
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; provide clear medical information; foster a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records, document findings and treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulations. Diagnostic Procedures:
Order and interpret tests, perform procedures, collaborate with specialists. Team Collaboration:
Work with nurses and specialists, participate in team meetings, provide consults. Quality Improvement:
Engage in quality initiatives, review outcomes, implement improvements. Compliance:
Follow ethical and legal standards, stay updated on regulations, participate in audits. Continuous Learning:
Keep up with medical advancements, participate in education, contribute to protocols. Overview
