Clinical Pharmacist - Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Per Diem

>REF:#3c0743a49b421b6e Boston Children’s Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. This role involves: Interpreting and evaluating medication orders for appropriateness and potential adverse reactions. Reviewing, filling, and dispensing physician medication orders. Verifying prescriptions filled by support staff and resolving prior authorizations. Providing drug information and patient education. Completing medication history documentation and performing quality improvement activities. Supervising support personnel to ensure compliance with procedures. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, at least one year of experience, and a current Massachusetts pharmacy license. Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory is preferred. The position requires M-F day shift coverage and is part-time, per diem, onsite only.
