Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence. W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions. Paid Training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. Requirements:
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview:
Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time options available. No call or weekend clinical responsibilities. Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Part-time role: minimum of 3 days per week; full-time: 4-5 days per week. This is a mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius. Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Complete clinical documentation at the point of care during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR. Benefits:
