.NET Developer

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support the modernization of back-office applications for large-scale retirement plan systems. This role involves designing and developing new features, replacing legacy systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET technologies and a passion for building scalable, maintainable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain back-office applications using .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer. Proficiency in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and design patterns such as MVC. Strong knowledge of at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and HTML5/CSS3. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
