Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to drive the identification of business requirements across multiple units and evaluate real-time data to identify substandard system processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader for technical business processes and develop innovative systems prototypes aimed at improving efficiency and productivity. This individual will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management to propose and implement solutions that optimize system functionality and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: System Analysis & Design: Synthesize system architecture, workflows, and technical specifications to improve system processes. API Integration & Testing: Familiarity with APIs, including integration and testing, to support smooth system integration. Requirements Management: Proficiency in using requirements management tools to capture and document business needs. Problem Solving & Solutioning: Analyze complex issues and collaborate with domain experts to propose actionable solutions. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with technical teams and other business units (sales, finance, security, compliance) to foster collaboration. Documentation & Reporting: Write clear specifications, diagrams, and user stories. Author and update internal and external documentation. Deliver monthly status reports to stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform thorough quality assurance at each stage of system development to ensure a high-quality end product. User Requirements & Usability: Develop and determine user requirements for production systems to maximize usability and performance. Systems Evaluation & Troubleshooting: Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with production, managerial, and executive teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Process Improvement: Evaluate, analyze, and continuously communicate systems requirements, ensuring consistent improvements and optimizations. Required Qualifications: Technical Degree or equivalent work experience in systems analysis or a related field. Proven Experience in analytics and systems development, particularly in environments involving database management and system integration. High Proficiency in SQL language and database management. Strong Analytical Abilities to identify system inefficiencies and propose improvements. Practical Experience in generating process documentation and reports for system improvements. Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them to various stakeholders. Experience working with Business Objects for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of ITIL Foundations and applying best practices for system management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other analytics and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with system automation and process optimization methodologies. Certifications (if any):
