Main Accountabilities Follow-up and gather information on shipments to be executed, including vessel selection and confirmation from the Business Team. Perform vessel screening to ensure compliance with Bunge Global guidelines—review reports, check vessel certificates, charter agreements, and other documentation. Gather contract information related to nominated vessels from the Business Team. Reconcile trader’s spreadsheets with system files for allocated contracts. Update vessel nomination details to Sellers and Buyers (counterparties). Ensure vessel agents are screened and onboarded in the TPRM system of Bunge Compliance team. Prepare and issue cargo stowage plans. Coordinate with the Business Team to nominate surveyors and load port agents. Monitor loading/discharge operations and coordinate with surveyors and port agents. Provide regular updates to Buyers on vessel status. Maintain vessel master status files. Create and nominate purchase/sales contracts in SAP, and execute & settle these contracts timely. Guide co-workers on documentation required for vessel execution. Receive freight and purchase invoices, forwarding them to Finance for processing. Perform Month-End Checks and resolve accounting queries within deadlines. Forward debit/credit notes for processing with appropriate approvals. Technical : Knowledge of shipment concepts and procedures, expertise in Letters of Credit and shipping documents, high-quality customer service, ability to work independently, meticulous with figures, strong communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus), problem-solving and organizational skills, experience managing change, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP system. Education & Experience 7-8 years in a similar role, experience with bulk, break-bulk, and container shipments of agricultural commodities, knowledge of GAFTA and NAEGA contract rules. Minimum graduation; post-graduation or MBA in International Business advantageous.
