Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture
- Define and implement scalable, organized, and streamlined frontend architecture
- Leverage and contribute to shared component libraries and design systems
- Build and maintain both shared and local UI components
- Act as a crucial link between design and development teams
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure visual and functional fidelity
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Experience with Figma developer tools is a plus
- Create and maintain comprehensive frontend documentation
- Experience with Storybook is a plus
- Conduct reviews and testing to ensure high frontend code quality
- Identify, document, and resolve UI/UX issues
- Uphold high standards for design implementation and interactivity
- Implement responsive designs using grid systems
- Ensure accessibility compliance per organizational standards
- Optimize frontend performance for speed and resource efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with backend developers, designers, and other team members
- Participate in requirement discussions and feature design
General Full Stack Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable APIs and services using .NET Core
- Participate in large-scale implementations, including CI/CD automation, monitoring, and instrumentation
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests
- Use Agile methodologies to iteratively deliver functional and testable software
- Engage in system integration, documentation, and performance tuning
Skills and Qualifications
- Frontend Proficiency: High level of proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frameworks: Angular preferred; or other modern frameworks acceptable
- Tools: Figma (plus), Storybook (plus), CI/CD tools
- Languages: Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and .NET Core
- Databases: SQL and NoSQL experience desirable
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP experience using containers/serverless
- Strong plus: Practical knowledge of implementing Accessibility features in web and mobile applications
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience: 5+ years as a software engineer with a track record of technical accomplishments
- Education: Bachelor's in computer science preferred"
