About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication, efficient resolutions, and an exceptional customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and provide actionable insights to support company goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Leadership: Own and optimize customer service workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including shipping and procurement, to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate insights and respond to customer inquiries with clear, detailed explanations.
  • Email Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of shared inbox emails, prioritizing and responding promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Backorder Coordination: Send proactive weekly backorder updates and manage incoming follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Problem Resolution: Address complex or challenging customer situations calmly, using a solution-focused approach.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure customer needs are met and their overall experience exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvements.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and work with diverse data sets.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and open to constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and/or CRM software.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
