Title: Project/Program Manager (Compliance Manager)

11 months Job Description: Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program. May require a bachelors degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Top 3 must-have hard skills: Experience facilitating, driving, and owning large company-wide programs. Managing multiple complex projects at once. Required Skills: Experience facilitating, driving, and owning large company-wide programs. Experience managing complex projects. Experience with large-scale oversight throughout the entire company. Managing multiple complex projects at once. Role interesting: You get to work with one of the few centralized teams. You get to own various aspects of the clients compliance program, which oversees 1.5 million employees. Opportunities to enhance pre-existing projects and programs as well as build new ones.
