Role: ServiceNow Legal Service Architect (ServiceNow LSD module) Skillset Required: Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management Understanding of integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third-party applications Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, technical teams, and other project stakeholders Strong documentation skills for documenting project-related documents such as process documents, functional requirement specifications (FRS), test cases, training decks, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows Expertise in Excel reporting Exceptional customer service skills and client focus Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language Basic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable Certification in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery is a plus Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end projects involving ServiceNow LSD Develop solutions that meet customer business requirements and adhere to ServiceNow out-of-the-box features and best practices Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow LSD, including configuration, customization, and tailoring the platform to meet legal team and organizational needs Collaborate effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users for successful implementation and support Design and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management Provide training and support to end-users on using the ServiceNow LSD platform Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of legal service delivery Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred Prior experience in law firms or legal departments of companies is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
