Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enterprise Sr. Data Architect, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The candidate will serve as a primary subject matter expert for data within the Digital Enterprise (DE) organization, which leads the digital modernization and transformation of AEDC. This role involves shaping the digital strategy, developing data governance policies, designing data management and architecture, and implementing data frameworks aligned with global standards. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity, data quality, and leveraging AI/ML technologies. The CDO will work closely with the Digital Enterprise Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the success of AEDC's digital future. The role also involves communicating complex data concepts to non-technical audiences, working with the customers Chief Data Officer, and supporting digital modernization initiatives. This position is critical for aligning data strategies with AEDCs strategic goals and ensuring effective data utilization across the organization. Open to internal and external candidates. The selected candidate may be required to occasionally work outside normal business hours. Job Summary
BNH supports the U.S. Air Force at AEDC, operating a wide range of test units across six states. AEDCs mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight tests, requiring a highly qualified multidisciplinary team. Job Duties
Technical Advisor for the DE group reporting to the Digital Enterprise Manager. Serve as liaison between the customers Chief Data Officer and DE group. Develop and implement a data strategy and roadmap, focusing on data governance, management, architecture, analytics, and innovation. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure data initiatives. Manage and leverage data assets to drive business value, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Support and facilitate digital modernization initiatives, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Perform other related duties as required. Basic Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with at least 10 years of progressive data-related experience. Current U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in relevant fields. Experience within DoD or government organizations. Proven experience leading enterprise data strategies and building data platforms or BI initiatives. Experience with large-scale transformation efforts, digital initiatives, and modern data technologies. Strong knowledge of data governance, AI, cloud, security, and compliance.
