Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health or a related field required. At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on behavioral health and substance abuse treatments. Knowledge of insurance verification and ability to work with multiple computer systems. Availability to work weekends and holidays; day shift required. Schedule
