The Company Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Restructuring Assistant Director to its Manchester, UK office. The Role Managing cases of various size and complexity Liaising with stakeholders both pre and post appointment Business reviews for corporates and lenders Supporting clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructure Developing alternative options and contingency planning Managing and developing exit strategies and options Implementing closure programmes and AMA processes Internal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary team Managing and supporting team members Supporting the wider growth of the Advisory department The Candidate Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent Corporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutique Currently or recently at Senior Manager or Director level Reference Number:
