We’re looking for a
Senior FP&A Business Partner – GTM Finance
to support our Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) functions across the
Americas region . You’ll be our first dedicated finance hire in the Americas, acting as the primary finance presence in the region. While you'll work closely with our strong Commercial Operations team already in the region, you’ll also collaborate regularly with the broader FP&A and Finance leadership based in London (including the CFO), and be supported by a highly capable Finance Operations and Controlling team based in Chemnitz, Germany. Who we are at FP&A: We are a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team that enjoy solving the business challenges that come with rapid scaling. As we grow, our FP&A team is at the centre of driving smart, scalable decisions that shape Staffbase’s future. Our role is to inform and influence some of Staffbase’s most important business decisions by: Providing data driven insight and connection across functions, segmenting by time (quarter, year, multi-year), and among varying levels of data (Top down financial metrics to detailed operational plans) Linking that context directly to our business strategy and objectives Objectively assessing the impact of the decision on the business and identifying risks/opportunities. Important: This is a hybrid role. Core in-office days in our NYC (Tribeca) office are Tuesdays-Thursdays, and it is expected that folks will be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. What you’ll be doing Be the
Go-to-Market Finance Business Partner
for leadership across the America region, embedding yourself within regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This will involve developing comprehensive financial models to support investment and building long-term value creation, while also proactively identifying and analysing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability within the region Operate as Staffbase’s only finance presence in the Americas , serving as a trusted advisor and financial sounding board to regional leadership and our Global CFO. In addition to your Americas focus, you will own and maintain key global models and reporting for
ARR, churn, and retention , ensuring accurate inputs and insights for monthly and quarterly
performance reporting decks
used by leadership and the Board. Partner with
Commercial Operations colleagues
and finance/accounting stakeholders globally to drive commercial clarity and decision-making. Including ownership of the monthly commissions accruals, to ensure our frontline teams are rewarded accurately for their success. Lead the
planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
processes for GTM functions in the America’s region — ensuring alignment between regional execution and company-wide strategy. Collaborate with
Commercial Operations
to model sales capacity, quota deployment, compensation plans, and productivity metrics. Present clear, actionable insights to GTM and finance leadership, contributing to
QBRs, board packs, and leadership forums . What you need to be successful 5+ years of experience in
FP&A , with at least
2 years partnering with GTM teams
(Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success) in a
B2B SaaS
or high-growth tech environment. A strong grasp of SaaS business models and GTM funnel economics, including
ARR ,
CAC, NRR, CLTV, pipeline conversion, and sales efficiency . Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills—you’re comfortable with both building complex forecasts and zooming out to explain the story behind the numbers. Experience with
financial planning tools
(e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning), CRM, and business intelligence systems (e.g. Tableau). An independent, self-driven mindset who is naturally
curious , with a proactive approach to problem solving and execution. A
natural communicator
- clear, confident, and comfortable
challenging the status quo
and working across departments, seniority levels, and cultures. Experience working in
distributed/global teams , comfortable operating solo in-region while deeply connected to global stakeholders. What you'll get Competitive Compensation -

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $129,000 - $150,000 base salary per year. Other rewards may include commissions and program-specific awards. In addition, Staffbase provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, equity, paid parental leave, an employee growth budget, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness days, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
