Senior SAP FICO Consultant
with
10+ years of proven expertise
in SAP FI and CO modules. The role involves system configuration, integration, financial process alignment, and end-to-end project execution. Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules as per business requirements. Integrate with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution). Set up financial structures such as Chart of Accounts (CoA), Organizational Hierarchy, General Ledger (GL), Cost Centers, Profit Centers, etc. Lead and manage data migration activities, including legacy data mapping and validation. Create and analyze financial reports using SAP tools. Troubleshoot issues within SAP FICO and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with finance and technical teams to design process-aligned SAP solutions. Deliver user training and support for system adoption and efficiency. Manage projects including planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder communication. Document system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions. Candidate Profile:
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations. Strong understanding of COPA (Costing-based and Account-based) with experience in profitability reports and analysis. Sound business knowledge in finance and controlling. Proven experience with integration across MM, SD, etc. Skilled in data migration, validation, and SAP reporting tools. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. SAP FICO certification and knowledge of S/4HANA preferred. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
