to join their In-House Rehab Team in Seattle, WA!

The Broadview Center's state-of-the-art rehabilitation services will help you recover from surgery, injury, or illness. Our expertly trained team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists utilize evidence-based treatment protocols designed to help you return home as soon as possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan treatment for residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing. Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers. Monitor patient response to treatment intervention. Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition. Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results. Develop treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Create personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility. Advise patients on exercise techniques. Advise patients and their families about in-home treatment options. Provide educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics, and ways to promote physical health. Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Document patient care history. Comply with rules, regulations, and procedures.
