legacy building experience . The main purpose of a project engineering role is to complete engineering and construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project. The manager supervises all development and implementation of a project, oversees facility upgrades, and is actively involved in project-related work. The role involves organizing and controlling project elements to ensure successful project completion. Duties

Review project plans and proposals, work with management to develop project objectives, identify responsibilities, determine project phases, and sequence stages. Prepare and distribute project descriptions and timelines. Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications, present cost estimates, and conduct tests to ensure safety and performance. Review contractor bids, interview and assign personnel, and oversee technical aspects through coordination meetings and communication. Prepare status reports, monitor budgets, contractors, and schedules; allocate resources, approve expenditures, and manage contracts. Maintain accurate records and databases. Communicate procedures, rules, and regulations to involved parties; enforce safety and cleanliness standards; ensure compliance with regulations to maintain project integrity and reputation. Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans in consultation with management. Identify project responsibilities, assign personnel, review bids, and determine project specifications based on design and customer requirements. Design and conduct tests to confirm product performance. Study project plans and specifications to determine schedules, calculate time requirements, and sequence activities. Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve issues to maintain schedule. Review design and schedule changes, control project plans, costs, and expenditures. Prepare and analyze project status reports, recommend actions, and ensure safety and compliance. Maintain project data and documentation, including database management.
