We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Linux Server OS, automation, and provisioning platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, Satellite, and YUM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise infrastructure solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and resilience. This role involves collaborating with Agile Product Owners, internal teams, and vendors to deliver high-availability platforms and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Linux Server OS solutions, including product integration and automation. Deploy and manage provisioning platforms using Satellite, YUM, Ansible, or Terraform. Engineer secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deploy Red Hat OS products and services. Automate infrastructure processes using Shell Scripting, Python, and Ansible. Provide third-level support for Red Hat products and services. Design and engineer tools and services for infrastructure automation. Maintain logging, monitoring, and event detection systems for cloud and distributed platforms. Identify and certify new products, creating "how-to" documentation for enterprise deployment. Required Qualifications
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent. 5+ years of Red Hat Server OS implementation experience. 3+ years of Ansible development and implementation experience. 3+ years as a Senior Developer with experience in Shell Scripting, Python, and/or Ansible. 3+ years of experience managing enterprise High Availability Platforms (Clustering). 3+ years of server virtualization experience. 3+ years of physical server experience. 3+ years of experience with logging, monitoring, and event detection on cloud or distributed platforms. Preferred Qualifications
Industry-standard technology certification. 2+ years of experience working in an Agile team environment. 2+ years of technology system integration experience. 2+ years of experience in software or infrastructure testing, including full SDLC and STLC engagement. 1+ year of production implementation experience on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with Packer or similar OS build tools. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
