Project Architect / Project Manager

We are looking for self-starting, talented and motivated individuals. We have an immediate opening for a full-time project manager with accredited architectural degree and 8 years or more of experience preferably in municipal, higher ed, educational and commercial type projects. Architectural licensure in the state of Florida is required for this position. We want someone with management ability to start and finish a project from initial client meeting through closeout and who manages multiple projects at a time. The project manager is responsible for organizing workload, project schedule and lead the Revit/ BIM design documents. Strong Revit skills are required. Considered applicants must have: 8+ years of professional work experience Proficient in Revit Licensed in the state of Florida Experience with ground up design / construction on municipal and commercial building types is a plus Experience with construction documents Experience with consultant coordination Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative disposition Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites and AutoCad Proficient in Bluebeam Licensed preferred but not required Candidates must be a US citizen or hold a US work visa.
