The Associate Oracle HCM Cloud Software Engineer provides support and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. HCM and Payroll Techno-Functional Analyst capable of working in partnership with the business users to formulate recommendations for business process design, break-fix analysis, configuration updates, testing and enhancements to Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Applications. The Associate Software Engineer will help build the Next Gen Applications & Products Suite. Along with writing effective code, the position will be responsible for designing, building, configuring, delivering and maintaining a highly scalable set of applications. The incumbent will use industry best practices and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams of product managers, UX designers, architects, principal engineers, software engineers, test automation team and DevOps engineers.
