Telework: None Basic Requirements 14 years of experience as a software engineer Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience as a software engineer in lieu of a degree Job Description Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications Containerize applications within RKE2/AWS as containerd/docker applications and manage deployments in cloud environments Integrate and optimize services on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) for stateless workloads Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and deployment workflows Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Excellent benefits include 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents from day 1, and an 8% 401(k) employer match with immediate vesting.
