We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! This position plays a key role in supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) and ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a positive work environment for nursing staff. Base Pay:
$40/hour. Wage increases with relevant work experience and certifications. Schedule:
The ADON will work two 12-hour floor shifts and 16 hours of administrative office work. Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure quality care and compliance with policies. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff. Support infection control programs, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and policy development. Ensure effective communication between nursing staff, providers, patients, and families. Assist in handling patient care concerns and implementing improvements. Qualifications: Active RN license in Montana 3 years experience working in a CAH, skilled, and/or non-swing skilled swing bed and/or non-skilled swing bed unit ACLS/PALS/TNCC Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred) Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control, and quality improvement Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
