Function in a leadership role, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team as a direct care provider and clinical expert. Develop and implement practice guidelines, participate actively as a member of the clinical pathway team, and maintain established standards of care and practice through staff development, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, License, or Certification Required Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) Must hold certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the relevant specialty Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units Work Hours:
7PM-7AM Weekend Requirements:
