Boston

office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. YOUR TEAM. This position will support our

Real Estate Group . You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships. You will help generate opportunities within existing clients, as well as meeting with and pursuing new clients. You will develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals. Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year. Assist with the process and review of 1065 tax returns. Other Ad Hoc projects as needed. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred. CPA, JD or EA required. Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience, including compliance and multi-state tax matters. 1+ years of supervisory experience. Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment. Proven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Competence with tax compliance and research software to include CCH Axcess, BNA portfolio and projection, RIA Checkpoint. Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task. Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
