Job Description:
Design RF SOI MMICs that meet initial specifications, perform thorough simulations, manage projects through validation, and support manufacturing release and qualification. Collaborate with customers, product management, product engineers, test engineers, and applications engineering teams. Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of CMOS analog and RF SOI design techniques. Proven success in high power SOI switch designs. Ability to design circuit blocks such as bandgap references, LDOs, charge pumps, level shifters, and I/O buffers in Cadence. Familiarity with CMOS, RF SOI, and/or SiGe processes. Expertise in FEM simulations using HFSS or ADS. MS degree plus 10 years of design experience or Ph.D. plus 5 years of design experience. EEO Statement:
