Fractional Finance Manager
to join our growing U.S. team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This part-time, fractional position reports directly to the CEO in the U.S. and works closely with the finance teams at our Korea headquarters and India office. What you will do
Review and verify vendor vouchers and employee expenses to ensure proper documentation and compliance with payment policies. Prepare and submit expense reports for U.S. entity costs and employee reimbursements, and manage expense and contract approval requests through APEX. Handle day-to-day financial operations for the U.S. entity, ensuring smooth and accurate processes. Prepare and submit Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) applications, and manage the end-to-end process of business license renewals. Manage the setup and maintenance of U.S. bank accounts, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with financial institutions. Perform ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed to support the finance function. It must be you if you had
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones. Experience in an international or multicultural company environment is highly desirable. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a plus. Familiarity with U.S. statutory and tax requirements is a plus. Experience with Oracle JDE or similar financial systems is a plus. Job Features
