We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Applications Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative software engineering team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable, cloud-based applications. You will be part of a small and agile team that values innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning. About the Role: As a Senior Applications Developer, you will be working on medium to complex agile projects, participating in the full software development life cycle. Youll collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and vendors to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive implementation in alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C#/.NET. Contribute to software architecture, coding, debugging, and performance optimization. Participate in product strategy sessions and help define technical architecture aligned with business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, story grooming, and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and development trends. Collaborate with stakeholders including QA, DevOps, deployment, and support teams throughout the software development life cycle. Author and manage detailed technical and functional documentation. Minimum Qualifications: 68 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development. 5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Docker and containerized applications is highly preferred. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong foundation in software engineering principles and modern development frameworks. Proficient in database design and development, preferably with SQL Server and Oracle. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in agile environments. Background in system integration and cloud-based architecture. Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. Strong focus on performance, scalability, and security best practices.
