Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented, full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based services team in Oahu, Central district (North). Invo is the nation’s leading provider of behavior, mental health, and therapy services in schools, centers, and communities.
Qualifications:
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
School experience with special needs students and disabilities is preferred
Responsibilities:
Utilize assistive technology, electronic Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and data collection systems
Implement discrete trial instruction
Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
Maintain appropriate records, collect data, and complete treatment notes as required
Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations
Perform other RBT duties within the scope of licensure and certification
